This Four Aces Wrexham Beer label raises several questions. The beer was clearly bound for the United States, but 9½ ounces was not a usual size in the post 1933 period, when the label was probably produced. There were lots of different bottle sizes in the pre-prohibition era but I don’t think this label is that old. Also is this beer an English type beer or an American Lager Beer?

Not a lot of people know that there is a difference between a US fluid ounce and a UK fluid ounce! Not much mind you but there is a difference!
That said, It does not help answer the questions raised by this label!
Cheers
