Just a quick reminder about the above meeting
at The Royal Oak, Tabard Street, Borough, London
If you were already planning on being there, that’s great, we look forward to seeing you.
Not sure, we will be holding the first auction of labels from the Des Clarke collection.
These labels are to be sold on behalf of the Clarke family & to ensure fair prices are realised, lots may carry a reserve.
Just a few images that may persuade you to make the trip.
There will be approx. 30 lots from the UK & Ireland. Another similar size auction will be held at our Spring meeting.
This is a joint meeting with other Societies, only members of the Labologist’s Society will be able to take part in the auction.
The London meetings provide an excellent chance to catch up, exchange labels, enjoy Harvey’s beers and great food.
If you have the time you might also enjoy a wander around Borough Market.

Just returned from meeting in London! Fantastic meeting with good attendance. Carried home some really nice labels for my collection! Some from the auction that I was really pleased to have won and many, many from swapping and purchasing from the other members in attendance. Also want to shout out a big thank you to Jim G. for organising the meeting & venue. The pub is really special as it is a back street Victorian gem which serves the full range of Harvey’s beers. They even had some Harvey’s Christmas Ale, 7.5%ABV!, on hand pump! If you missed this meeting you should be sad!
Cheers
Dale
