We are pleased to announce that we are returning to The Brewery Tap, 80, Westgate, Peterborough, PE1 2AA for our Spring Members meeting & our pre-AGM committee meeting. This is a great venue just a short stroll from Peterborough train station. If you missed it last year and to be fair most of you did indeed miss it, you now have another chance to visit an interesting pub serving Oakham Ales & excellent Thai food. Even our webmaster, Peter, who is a bit of a curry connoisseur, thought the food was excellent!
So why not come along & meet up with the collectors, you haven’t seen for a while, swop some labels & tales of acquisitions or perhaps near misses. Of course there will also be another auction of labels from the collection of the dearly departed, Des Clarke. These auctions are always interesting & of course, give you the chance to add to you collection, often much more cheaply that you might imagine. We will publish some images of the labels up for grabs nearer the time & these will include those that were prevented from being sold at the London meeting, due to their kidnap by gremlins.
